Curiosity got the better of me a few years ago as i was driving pass and saw an elderley lady outside the front door .

I stopped and approached her and asked her why it had been there for so long .
She smiled and said her son bought it for spare parts years ago , in order to fix another one ( same make ) which is in the garage - but never did get around to it .

I'd love to see the condidtion of this second one , which is in the garage

you mean its on the road ? i cant see on goolge street view any 1974 - car parked on the street besides it would be untaxed so illegal to be on the street on be towed away
