I got in a ruck with a bloke driving a Mazda Scrum. That Datsun Fairlady looks like a nice piece of kit to me. Have never seen one before. Was it US market only ?

It's the 240z later 260z 280z 300zx all subtitled fairlady but those that have these usually call them simply "the ZED" , I have a 300zx as a track car. They where marketed in the UK but there are also a lot of imports from Japan who also drive on the correct side of the road!

My FIL has a Nissan 250 ZX I think that is the model. Very skittish on the back end especially in the wet if you have a heavy right foot. It is immaculate and he has has it from new. About 12yrs old now. Regularly serviced and garaged.
Could that be the Fairlady's successor? I told him to remember me in his
Will. :-)

yes retro that is the next model and it's a 350z. Mine had 4 wheel steering but I've taken that off for track use. Great for sideways action!
