The Polo wasn't introduced until '75, however anything registered before 1st Jan '74 is exempt so if it's a Polo it isn't but if it is a '69 it is :-)

Yes Tony, I remember this Lady & her driving, 10 mph & the traffic hold up's it was funny, she has been paying the full road tax of £145 for this 1100cc car, she has been paying this road tax for the last 5>6 Years, I am now going to try & claim this money back for her. again thanks for your Link / help & other members.
