Very Low Mileage 'ex Mobility' Cars.

I noticed advertisements the other day for cars, they'll be 3 years old, with mileages as low as 17,000 miles. Could there be too few miles on a second hand car?

I may have misunderstood the question posed.
I tgo have purchased unmodified ex-Mobility cars at the three year point with no issues.
to hc4361. Are you sure about over 65's being able to qualify for Mob Allce? My wife became disabled when she was about 70 and she was refused. Have the rules changed? I quite agree with you that a disabled person needs to do all the things you said, but at over 65 you do it all at your expense.
