Post the footage on one of the many websites dedicated to that sort of thing. The police won't be able to identify the cyclist
No action, if the cyclist wants to risk their life so be it!
Well, traffic laws apply to cyclists too, so you’d have good reason to report it, although if the cyclist’s back is to you it may be difficult to process legally.
However, you could still post it to YouTube, link here, and have some regulars comment “Typical Muslim immigrants, coming over here, ignoring our laws”.
Worth a punt for the sake of AB approval.
If you are behind the wheel of a car (in charge) then you record on your phone the cyclist you are also committing an offence!

I have Front / Rear OBC Fitted by a Vat Reg Auto Electrician, I would have reported the Cyclist with the evidence from my Cameras Card.
I have similar, TWR, and would recommend it to everyone.
Probably rode up alongside him and told he was a Richard, abbreviated.
I was told by a traffic cop in 'Cycle City' (aka Cambridge) that no matter what the facts a vehicle driver is ALWAYS to blame if there is an accident with a cyclist. This is because cyclists have no insurance or registration so any claim is always paid out by the drivers insurance.
The only way out is for the driver to lodge a personal claim against the cyclist to try to recover costs.
None, why would I?

Unless someone was injured I would not do anything.

Eddie, with respect, If I was involved in an accident & it was the cyclist fault, I would without a shadow of a doubt get him / her done.
Insert 'him' into my last post.
TWR That is the point I am making. The driver gets the blame as he / she will have insurance. Then it is up to them to try to sue the cyclist for costs if they think it was the bikers fault.
Some years ago I was stationary in a traffic jam. There was a bang and I saw 'something' fly past the windscreen.
A 14 year old boy on a cycle had cycled off the canal towpath, hit the wing of my car, gone over the bonnet and landed awkwardly. Thankfully he wasn't run over by oncoming traffic but he was injured.
He was taken to hospital in an ambulance (broken leg and nose). My wing mirror was broken, wing and bonnet scratched and dented.
It clearly was not my fault, the police said it was not my fault and no further action taken.
I still had to pay the bill for the ambulance.
I have just twigged what OBC means
Usually called a dash cam, Prudie
that I'm more familiar with :-)
OMG Tony, that's scary,
Very scary, a four month old baby in the car to.
I can believe that Eddie. About three decades ago, when a cyclist wasn't paying sufficient attention and went into the front of my car as I eased slowly out of junction where there was no visibility of traffic and knocked herself over I was astounded later to receive a bill from the hospital where she had a check up. Not only was the NHS not beeing free at the point delivery and thus stealing the cost, clearly it's considered right to mug the victim driver rather that ask the perpetrator of the incident for the cost. Society blames drivers for everything and use them as a cash cow. Society's scapegoats.
