Has anyone still waiting for their redemption vouchers to redeem at Shell station? My 2000 points have been deducted from my account and I still have not received the statement nor the vouchers, concerning that it's likely lost in the post or someone got hold of it and redeemed it.

It is annoying that Shell allows anyone to use it without showing the Shell points club card.

Any suggestion to get them replaced by Shell?
