Unless you are locked into Hertz for one reason or another, there are better deals from reputable companies here in the U.S. I travel frequently and use Budget, Dollar or Enterprise. Alamo is also recommended. Hertz is usually more expensive, but they always have on-airport sites, whereas the others, sometimes, requirte you catch a courtesy bus to their site.... Welcome to the U.S.!
