just to inform those who dont know, an hour ago i went to my local early opening P/O to tax my van with the form dvla send (£230) plg class only to find it went up by £5 at midnight luckily i found enough coins in dash to make up the extra fiver. those of you taking the right money to P/O be warned as i haven't heard anything about it going up- should've gone yesterday.
