I think a difficult one. Have you tried 1001 carpet cleaner or something similar? I see some people use glass cleaner, from reading online, but doesn't get all of it out. What colour are car seats/ covers?

If they're not removable, don't think you're going to be very successful, unless a professional upholstery cleaner can help?

Hire a Rug Doctor cleaning machine, and use the upholstery attachment.

My local car wash does seat shampoo and clean for £10 a seat. I have not used them but they have a good reputation. If there is one near you try that.
