Mobiles / Texting
We hear day after day of people on their mobile phones, following cars weaving giving you the impression that the person is either popped up or texting, the techknowledgey they have today eg/ driverless cars, parking by sensors surely it's possible for the mobile to detect that the person using the phone is driving by his / her movements & to take action, or is this not possible?

Anyone who drives for a living (lorry drivers, bus drivers and the like, should be banned from driving on a sliding scale). I would propose a £250 and 6 points for the first offence and double the fine for subsequent offences. There is absolutely no excuse for it. Bad as drink driving in my book. We need to get more unmarked traffic police cars on the road to catch these morons. They could also enforce the laws on tailgating, excessive speed etc.
