citreon xantia warning light

A warning light occasionally lights up when driving my Citreon Xantia, and, guess what ? it's the only one not shown in the handbook!! It's an orange light shaped like an acorn with a small inlet tube on either side and appears to be half full of black fluid - my best guess is that it is reminding me that water needs to be bled from the diesel fuel system - does anyone know this one ???

I'm with you on that one.No other ideas.

If it is similar to this then you are correct.

Presumably your Xantia is pre-1996 as Citroen stopped fitting the sensor around this time because they were so fickle.
