The most interesting part of the link article is:-

'Volvo has an ambitious target that no-one is killed or seriously injured in a new Volvo by 2020.'

Given that around 5 people every day dies in the UK as a result of road traffic accidents – we could soon reach a time when no one dies as a result of an RTA.
