Jail for wheelies but nothing for speeding or using a mobile? Maybe those should be the other way round. Just how many accidents are caused by wheelies?

He was speeding - he wasn't prosecuted just for doing wheelies but for driving dangerously which includes speeding as well as the wheelies.

At one point he stood up on the bike with no hands on the handlebars.

I think he should have been given a much longer driving ban, although I am not sure how much longer he than 3 years he could have been given ?

Maximum sentence for dangerous driving is 2 year imprisonment; minimum 12 months disqualification and a re-test must be ordered.

HC....well, in that case, he should have got that then.

I see twitty Bikers doing what he did almost every day. They invariably drive far too fast, as well as going over solid white lines on the road. Ruddy nuisance.

seems fair enough but I cannot help feeling it's a bit harsh when burglars have to commit about 3 squillion burglaries to get locked up. No damage was done no one was hurt, should have banned him for 5 years in my opinion.
