have put new points cap rotor arm plugs fan belt and it still will not start any ideals

Look in your local Yellow Pages under Engine Tuning and get a mobile Electronic tuner to come to your door. I have used a local chap for years now to tune my cars and they can sort out problems very quickly. Cost around �30-40 for a full tune-up. Otherwise you may continue to spend money unnecessarily.
