The difference is in the chemistry detail of the battery....all those you mention are lead-acid batteries with differing metals (instead of antimony).....if you're keeping your car for several years- get the best you can afford. If you're changing your car within a few years- get a cheapi
(I wouldn't have any of them....my car has a stop-start engine that requires something "special" ie even pricier!)
