Established in 1908, AC is the oldest British car manufacturer that is still making vehicles today

what about rools royce (1904)

or do they not count as being british anymore?

sorry "rolls royce"
Daimler is the oldest in my opinion, although owned by Jaguar (Ford), Daimlers are still made today in Castle Bromwich, Birmingham
It isn't Daimler because present-day Daimlers, while wearing their own individual marque badges, are built by Jaguar Cars Limited.
Morgan?
