Indicators Flashing But Not On Dashboard.

My daughter has a Peugeot 106 urban 2010. The indicator lights are flashing and working fine outside the car, however, on the dashboard the right arrow is not flashing. The left arrow is fine and flashing normally. Any ideas what could be causing this please

The first thing I would try is a couple of hard thumps on above the failed flashing arrow. It's amazing how often it works, though it may be only temporary.
