Now I know what a sugar bear front end is but what does the number refer to in, for example, a 25 over sugar bear front end?

It must relate in some way to the springs or spacers, as he started with 8 over and now even does 40 over and boy are they long.

I think it's inches - I saw "25' over..." but can't find that site again.
