How To Set Time And Date

I,ve tried to set the above on my Ford Fiesta 1400 06.Can anybody tell me how please and what not to do .I've done what's been suggested on Utube but with no joy,I'm certainly doing something wrong.Thanks. Stage by stage please.

Thanks again Dan I've tried those.My neighbour had a go and with some trials he got it to work.I was so pleased to get it working I didn't have the heart to get him to do it again to show me.
