Why is so much emphasis placed on the top speed of some cars .

There aren't many places you can drive a road car at over 200mph.

Surely acceleration would matter , more

Some say it's inversely proportionate to penis size.

Autobahn 81 comes up from Switzerland & passes about 10 miles from me & on to Stuttgart. The Swiss have extremely restricting speed limits. - I get fined every time I cross the border, so it seems.
Once they get into Germany they seem to go crazy in very fast cars. I'm not sure about the 200 mph, certainly well over 200 kph is common when its quiet.
