In the fuse box - which is in the engine bay, usually around by the battery. There will be a diagram on the inside lid of the box telling you which fuse are which. If it's not in there it may be an in-line fuse in which case you may have to take things apart to get at it. How hard that is will depend on where the cigarete lighter is located.
