renault clio 1993. pannal light/gear stick

hey i have a few questions,

1) one of the light bulbs on my pannal have gone out( beside my spead dial) How easy are thay to change? are the colourd bulbs legal ie red or blue

2) i have a lift up reverse, how do i get the gear knob off? im wishing to replace it with a blue one :D
