This might seem a really basic question to which I should know the answer-I recently replaced the ignition coil in my 100e,but the LT terminals on the new coil are labelled + and - rather than SW and CB like the old one.Which LT lead goes where, does it make any difference even-I noticed when I took the old coil out that the LT leads appeared to be connected to the wrong wires anyway. The car is still positive earthed.

the contact breakers are the earth, in any ignition system so in this case the wire from the points should go to the + and the feed from the ignition switch to the - it's really weird, it's a very long time since i changed a set of points and even then the car was negative earth!...
