If I bought a car from a trader and the car went wrong in the first week can I demand my money back? The car has 24 months warrenty, but lets say I thought the car was just going to be problem after problem where do i stand please help

If it turns out to be problem after problem then you can ask for a refund, but I think you have to give the dealer a try to fix the trouble first.

how long after can you get your money back, i have been told thid dealer sales bad cars. i think i would be more happy to buy else where. So can i ask for money back many thanks for your time lyn
You need to make it clear that you reject the car fairly quickly otherwise you may be deemed to have accepted the car as it is.
