I may need to disconnect the battery on my daughter's 206 when doing another job. Does anyone know if I will need a code to reset the radio and how to get it?

on most newish cars, if you disconnect the battery you will need the code for the radio to get it going after,if you have the cars handbook it might be in there,or you can get it from the main dealer or ask on here,a lot of people do,quote model and no and make.im sure someone will give you the code.
Try this . . . . [email protected]
Some of the newer 206's have a radio thats hard coded to the chasis of the car so it only asks for the code if put into another car. You are safe to take the battery off.
I think this was bought in around 2003
You could be lucky.
I've used www.wigancars.co.uk with great success. Up-front pricing and instant service.
