Am i insured if i own a car but am second on the insurance were my uncle is the first driver

if your name is on the insurance documents then you are insured it doesn't matter who's name is first

as you being the 2nd driver and young the level of excess would be the only difference

but if you are still in doubt check with insurance company they will keep you right
