I recently passed my test. Will my Insurance premium be higher on a provisional licence than one on a full licence, or will they be the same.

If you had your own policy with the provisional then your policy should go down (assuming that you're insuring the same car). If you were a supplement driver on the provisional insurance then expect to pay more.

After you pass your test your preimium usually goes up due to you being the only driver in the car.

i also recently passed my test and mine went down, but some of my friends's have gone up, i think it depends on your insurer
