(in a rocking movement) if there is more than a couple of mill movement or you get a clunking, you may need to replace the bearings.
while you have the wheel in the air, check the giater/rubber boot on the c.v. joint. it should be free from rips or tears. make sure there is no grease thrown onto your wheel/inner wing.
could also check the c.v. lock the wheel fully in either/both directions and rotate the wheel by hand. again there should be very little free movement within the joint and no clicking.
if you want to check the c.v. with the cars weight on it, lock the wheel fully in any direction and drive the car slowly in a circle, any clicking would indicate a worn c.v.
It does not sound like any of the things you said, are you sure it is coming from the wheel? You have your camshaft belt and aux drive belt just behind the right front wheel they make a sqeaking noise.
Does it still make the squeak if you free wheel with the engine switched off? keep the ignition switched on or your steering will lock and only check this at low speed as you will lose your power steering and brake assistance!
