paint code location on a ford mondeo 1997

does anyone know where the paint code is located on my 1997 ford mondeo.

Not sure on Mondeo but look on the cross member under the front of the bonnet, makers plate.

yes as previous go under bonnet..........or..............

ford should have your car on a data base,pop to your local dealer give them the reg number and they can tell you the colour

It is on the cross member as described - if you want to know what the colour is called and can describe it I am pretty good on ford colours

if its not there try in the door shuts they quiet often put them there on a sticker, but if its been painted sometime obviously it wont be there anymore. best bet is ring ford
