I think Ford recommend 10 years or 100,000 miles for the belt but 5 years or 60,000 for the tensioner and rollers, which doesn't make sense. I have asked several garages and Ford specialists and most of them say 5 years or 60,000 miles whichever comes first. Cost ? I've been quoted prices from �160 - �225 (Not main dealers). I hope we hear from a Ford expert who can put us right on all this.
