i have an astra SRi 52 plate, i was just curious about the red dot on top of the i. im sure i remember reading ages ago that you can get other colour dots on the i not just red. is this correct? if so what does it mean? cheers

Im not sure about your car, but I know on some cars the more red letters or numbers on the badge, the more BHP the car has got (dont try and race a car with all red letters - they are quick!) hope it helps.
