ford fiesta mk4 - replacing door mirror

What steps are required to replace a manual mirror?

Obviously the plastic casing on the inside of the mirror needs removed (there's a small cap and screw underneath). But the whole interior door panel needs to come off too - how do i remove the window crank and inner door handle?

behind the handle is a spring load clip prise the handle forward a little with a screwdriver then you shall see it ,pull it off and the handle will fall off.To to take the door trim off you need to lever the panel off with some thing flat and wide las near to the clips as poss or you will bend the trim ,or you can buy a tool from halfords about a fiver.
