Nissan MICRA

Am i imagining it or does every nissan micra within a 10 mile radius of where i am, get in front of me and drive at 25 mph, It has been happening for over a year now, Do these things only have a maximum speed of 25 mph???? ( mind you, I did see one doing 35 once) and that was in the 2nd lane of the M25. These things should be banned from the roads, given to the funfair people to stick on their merry go rounds. unless any one else has a suggestion,
