usually an 80k service is a big service including plugs air, oil, pollen filters changed and poss fuel so its up to u if u knew wat got done last time ie all the filters then a oil filter n change shud do but if u dont then it would be a good idea to do them all and start fresh for next time a big service should be no more than 175 at the very most at a garage

Just had a recent service on my Vauxhall Corsa C and from memory this is what they changed :

Flushed out Engine
Replaced Engine Oil
New plugs
Air Filter
Fuel Filter
Sundries (pass on what it is)
tightened up the hand brake etc etc

I don't have the list on me at present of what they did but when I get home I'll post again of what was on the service list.

Here's the complete list of my service (it's an 52 plate) :

flush
petrol treatment
sundires
screen wash
brake cleaner
oil filter
engine oil
air filter
plus
gear oil

and this cost 76 for the parts and 56 for the labour.
