rover 45 oil in header tank

i have a rover 45 and the water is full of oil not sure if it is headgasket as no other symptoms. no white cream any were else oil cap, dip stick anything would help

If this is the K series engine it will be the headgasket, there is a modified gasket used now and the correct anti-freeze/ summer coolant is vital
