hi,i just want to know if you go through a red light were there is a camera does it flash?and is the flash seenable at night conditions or nearly dark? and do they flash? thanks

if its a camera mounted to stop people going through red lights then yes to all your questions, if its just a camera by the road like a cctv then most likely your safe
