Hi,how do I stop the airbag light flashing,the bags haven't gone off.

The light can only be checked with a diagnostic machine. The bags do not need to have been used for a fault to show. The light also monitors the seatbelt tensioners, often a loose wire to one of them can bring the light on. You could check under the seats for loose wiring to the seatbelt stalks, but best bet would be a trip to a garage as the airbag system is not something I personally would mess with.
there are 2 orange wires under each front seat, these are connected by a brown clip. basically this is a known problem in saxos and it is due to there not being a good connection between the 2 orange wires. so, you can either keep wiggling around witht the wires until they get a good connection or you can chop off the clip and solder the 2 wires together. when this happened on my saxo i was quoted about �40 for this but it really is so simple that its not worth wasting your money!! would be a 5 minute job!
