i ve just bought a car with no tax,I have no insurance certifrcate to get tax. Its in the post .can i still drive the car,until i can tax it?

Im afraid not you are no longer even allowed to drive your car to the post office to get the tax If caught you will be highly penalised.

The actual offence is 'Failure to Display' which in itself is a ticket job!
Use a taxi - it WILL work out cheaper.
