Try putting the details into confuse.com, different companies will suit different needs, this scans them and gets the best deal for you

Also try insuresupermarket.com. Generally speaking I have found Bell, Admiral and Quinn Direct the cheapest insurers, but you are still looking at around �1000 fully comp because of your lad's age.
