Xantia central locking

I have a Xantia 2001HDi. The central locking won't work with the keyfob. I replaced the battery and it still won't work. Could it be the mini pcb inside the key or could it be the receiver inside the car (where is it?)
How much would a replacement key cost from a Citroen dealer?

you need to re programme the key to the internal reciever, normally only able to be done by a dealer.
