Punto x reg bonnet release

I need to change a bulb but when I pull handle to release the bonnet, nothing happens. It dosn't feel as if the cable has snapped .How do I open the bonnet or get access to the mechanism?

Try getting someome to press sharply on the front of the bonnet as you pull the release.

If this works adjust and lubricate the release mechanism before closing the bonnet again.

get some one to push sharply on the bonnet at the same time as you pulling the release. or take the grill off to access the catch.
