Is it illegal to have no headrests in the rear of your car? Will it pass the MOT without them??

if the car was fitted with them from new they must be fitted for the car to remain legal. Howevere a car not fitted originally does not need them

no it doesnt make the car illegal if u remove the headrests!!!!!!!!!

You will pass without headrests in the back.
