Will alloy wheels for a fiesta mk4 fit a corsa c ? thanks in advance

I cant advise you for definate but cant see why not. They only this i would suggest you have checked out is the wheel spacing. Any garage should be able to do this for you, however I would suggest somewhere like halfords who will not charge you for this service.
They might but there is a lot more to be taken in to consideration than just tyre size.
The distance between each wheel nut/stud,
the off-set (which if memory serves correct is the distance between the hub face and the face of the rim which mates to it)if you get this =wring the tyre mioght rub against the wheel arch etc.
Best people to ask are those that supply and fit alloy rims thay would be able to advise best.
Sorry - worded the last wrongly - off-set if I remeber correctly is the distance between two lines - one through an imaginary line down the centre of the rim and the other against the face of the hub - this link explains best -

Im fairly certain the short answer is no, The wheel stud spacing is different.
