I and my husband have a car each which we always park on our drive,however our neighbour tries to make this as awkward as possible by parking two of his four vehicles right up sometimes slightly over on both sides of our drive entrance are there any laws or rules to protect us,as one day the way parking is outside our home,we are going to clip one of his vehicles as we cannot swing off the drive without major difficulty.

As far as I know you can report him for obstruction - ask the local constabulary.

Buy and old banger and then clumsily park it in your drive a few times, they'll get the message.

If you accidentally bump his car, it will be your fault. You cant blame him no matter how he parks if he is not in the car and the car is stationary.

I believe that if he is not actually parked over the dropped kerb it isn't an offence. Try your local council for advice.
