I have a 1997 Ford Fiesta and recently when I stop the car for a couple of seconds (at lights, roundabouts etc.) the engine cuts out on me. This doesn't happen everytime I stop but it has happed a couple of times in the past few weeks. Has anybody any suggestions as to why this is happening?

lazy idle air control valve
same thing happened to my 1995 fiesta. and was told it was the air valve. the garage replaced it and it worked fine after, right up until it got nicked and set on fire.
