if so, go into your bluetooth and whilst your by your car with the parrot on press "search for devices" which will go onto the parrot system...job done.
i have one of these systems in my van and it is ace...........the only downside, if your near your motor and the parrot is on, you can hear it ring but you have to run to your car to hear the caller talking to you??

Thanks Agent Smith,
I have tried blue tooth enabling both my Blackberry & the parrot system and it says "incompatible devices" I have checked with the manufactures website and my Blackberry is fine to work with this system.
I am thinking that the last user (whose details are still on the device) may have some way disabled the system and not allowing other devices to connect to it.
Thanks again
