On a large 3 lane round about. Driving round it, did not enter any other lanes, stayed in my lane. Carried on driving. A car behind me flashed and horned at me. we stopped and she daid I enetered her lane and hit her car. I looked at her brand new 206, and it has a massive one foot long dent on the arch. Looked at my ford focus, and it had a 1cm black scuff which wiped off (could have been there months as I aint washed it in months), aprt from that absolutely nothing. Its impossible for my car to have made such damage to hers and nothing to mine!

I got home and called my insurers to advise them what happened at and that this woman may be trying to pull a fast one. Funny thing was her face when I pulled out a digital camera from the car and told her that I am a fleet manager!

Happened sunday evening, havent heard anything to suggest she has made a claim.

What do ya think?

I'm not sure thats true, but it does sound like she is trying to pull a fast one. The digital camera has likely put her off.

tell your insurers there was no collision and they will act on that fact. i had a car try saying i had hit him once with my motorbike. told the insurers there was no collision. ( i was in a different area of the country that day!! ?? ) they told him to hop it.
hopefully with all insurers using the computor database these scams/ fiddles will be stopped.
