i sorn my car off the road 2 months ago as i was out of work and needed to get it fixed.i have now returned to work and the jobs on my car are now done.what i want to know is can i just go to the post office with my mot and insurance details and tax the car?

Hi moogman, I have just put a car back on the road after it had been SORN. In addition to mot and insurance cert. you must take the log book (V5 document). It's as simple as that. Good luck with the job.

Even easier than that - do it online. No need to produce any documents as long as you have the new style MOT
