Yes.
Are you talking about splitting your NCB?

Insuring a new car on a new policy and claiming your NCB whilst keeping the first policy.

Insurance companies don't like this - many will tell you that you can't do this - However I have had one do this for me - I think it was Norwich Union although it was about 10 years ago.
Some time ago I owned a car and a van. I had full no claims bonus on the van. They didn't allow me to have it on the car also. I couln't see why not as you can only drive one vehicle at a time.
i have just bought a sports car and my insurance company have given me the 7 yrs no claims bonus that i have on my everday work car on the new policy ,it just depends on who you are with, arent direct line doing a plan like it at the moment.

No! The NCD is unique to the person and cant be shared around. If it was possible then I for one would have saved a packet on insurance over the years!!
No you have two cars and it's like being a new driver hence Ipay 1000 onone car and 300 onthe other. You have to build up no claims on the new one .
What a rip off?!
