Can anyone help tracking down a spare part?

Someone I know has a Mazda MX-5 1800cc Dakar Ltd Edition Convertible 1997 (only 400 made)

He has lost a wheel center on the car and I have looked everywhere online but can't find one.

Local dealers / Mazda itself cant find one either.

Anyone any suggestions?
